The Little Game Masters  Deck of items is a game expansion that allows game masters to give out rewards to players, and allows for pregenerated characters to "level up" a bit. 
 
Characters can pull one off items that can be used in combat or to help solve puzzles, or they can get items that increase a characters stats, or health.
